Jim was our primary contact during our build and his warm, supportive nature instantly made us feel comfortable during our time of panic. No question was too silly, we never felt like we were a pain in the butt, and he was always generous with his time and knowledge. He provided honest options, valid input and delivered, in our opinion, the most beautiful home in our gated community. Jim made conscious, considerate choices that allowed the house to be executed and the space utilised in the most efficient ways. Mum met Mick and Jim for the first time when we got the keys at handover, the trust we had in them was like they were building our house for them.
