Jim was our primary contact during our build and his warm, supportive nature instantly made us feel comfortable during our time of panic. No question was too silly, we never felt like we were a pain in the butt, and he was always generous with his time and knowledge. He provided honest options, valid input and delivered, in our opinion, the most beautiful home in our gated community. Jim made conscious, considerate choices that allowed the house to be executed and the space utilised in the most efficient ways. I engaged Jim and Mick to do a large Hampton style renovation on my home in Mysterton. It involved raising and restumping the exist dwelling, building in underneath and constructing an approximately 100m2 extension. The work involved bespoke ceilings, window architraves and skirting boards all of which were often designed on site as the works were carried out. Jim, Mick, and their team were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. The communication and co-operation as we worked through the issues that arise with renovating was outstanding, as was their patience with my various amendments to the works along the way. The workmanship is of an excellent standard and the final product is a beautiful home. I would not hesitate in recommending Dyer Bros Constructions and will no doubt work with them again.
Jim, Mick and their family have literally given us our life back by building our dream home. After numerous stuff arounds with other builders in town, the Dyer Brothers were able to achieve a custom-built disability-friendly home that will last many lifetimes. They are perfectonists and extremely talended at what they do.
Jim and his team have recently repaired our house after the floods here in Townsville and we are over the moon with the product produced and how accommodating he was. I would strongly recommend Jim and his team!
